Is this conference for me?

I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. Luke 10: 19

The conference is for anyone who is curious about, or who is seeking deliverance. It is aimed at Christians, but non-believers with open minds are welcome. The teaching is based on both Old and New Testament scripture and will deal with how the sins of our ancestors and our own mistakes can let the enemy into our lives. The teaching will lay bare the consequences for us all. There will be ministry for those seeking deliverance.

Crossed paths and a miracle

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  Jeremiah 29: 11

In the Spring of 2021, and in obedience to a word from God, Pastor Andrew Seale of the Ark Christain Church in Fuengirola, on the Spanish Costa del Sol, set up a deliverance ministry. Since then, it has flourished, ministering to people within The Ark Church, to members of other churches and to people who have come in desperation to seek freedom from the spiritual chains that bind them and to encounter miraculous healing from Jesus. Christians have come from all over Europe and as far away as South Africa for ministry.

On 20th August 2023, Rachel Shelly and her husband, from Clitheroe, attended the Sunday morning service in the Ark Church while on holiday nearby. Rachel, an habitual wheelchair user, had been disabled for 13 years owing to the onset of a painful, debilitating neurological condition following the birth of her daughter. Following the service, guided by the Holy Spirit, Howard and Ann led Rachel through deliverance. When the prayers ended, Rachel found herself seated on the floor, her back against the church wall, in full knowledge that something supernatural had happened. Howard and Ann offered to help her up, but she refused and instead, for the first time in 13 years, stood up under her own physical strength and walked independently around the church giving thanks to God.

Since her miraculous healing, Rachel has not held back in giving testimony to God’s goodness and grace. This  conference is the result of the interest in deliverance that her healing has aroused.

An isolated case?

“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.” Matthew 10: 1

Rachel’s supernatural healing is not the exception, but the norm in the experience of the Ark Church deliverance team. Those who come for help from the Lord in faith, honesty and humility, and who are willing to genuinely forgive and to repent, inevitably see God move in their lives. The team members have witnessed terminal cancers and addictions disappear, insomnia and night traumas vanish, strongholds collapse, the rebirth of relationships, obsessions and illnesses removed, and guilt, fear, curses, and harmful covenants broken.

During the conference, you will see recorded testimonies of people who have received supernatural healing as a result of deliverance at the Ark.

Fulfilling a prophesy

Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.” Matthew 5: 17

This conference is part of the fulfilment of a prophesy that fire from the Ark Church would be taken out beyond the Costa del Sol. The Lord spoke the word ‘cresset’; a metal cup or basket containing oil, pitch or a rope steeped in resin which would burn for long periods. In medieval times, it held a flame that anyone could use to take fire back to their own homes. Cressets on poles were also used to light the way at night.

Since that time, deliverance has been just one aspect of the spread of that fire under the  guidance of Pastor Andrew Seale. Other aspects include Pastor Andrew’s passion for links and activities with other churches, prayer ministry, intercession, an online presence and the lives of visitors being transformed during Sunday morning services

Howard had a 40 year career in teaching, nearly 30 of them as Headteacher of three different British international schools in Spain, where he has lived since 1986. As Elder at the Ark, he regularly preaches the Word of God, is a church intercessor, has appeared on Revelation TV, coordinates joint church activities with local Spanish churches, and leads the Ark’s own deliverance ministry. He is also Chair of Governors of the Ark Christian School which provides a faith based education for nearly 300 children aged 3-18.
